Since 2018, we took over the management of a corporate complex with a long track record — more than 40 years of operation serving various organizations.
For over seven years, we have led the development and execution of strategic projects aimed at the comprehensive modernization and upgrade of the infrastructure, facing the challenge of intervening in the building without affecting the operational continuity of the companies that conduct their activities there.
Throughout this process, high-impact projects have been executed, including: the façade upgrade, the procurement and implementation of the fire protection network system for both buildings, the modernization of the electrical system (including busways, transfer switches and panels), as well as the upgrade of the access control and security system, with the migration of 177 analog cameras to IP technology.
Additionally, waterproofing works were carried out on more than 2,000 m² of rooftops, and the modernization of the vertical transportation systems is currently underway, including the upgrade of eight elevators in the two buildings that make up the complex.
This set of actions has strengthened the infrastructure, improved security and ensured the operational continuity of the property.
